When making a purchase from Pest Control Products Online, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Making a Purchase & Ordering
Ordering could not be easier through our online shop. All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT at the current UK rate.
Simply choose the items and quantity required and add to basket. When you have finished your order, go to “checkout” where you will complete your details for delivery.
We accept payment from most major credit and debit cards through our secure payment provider “Sagepay". Once your order is processed we will e mail your order confirmation. If an item is out of stock we will notify you by e mail.
Credit Card Security
Payments made by credit or debit cards on our web site are taken by our secure payment provider “Sagepay". Credit card details are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. When payment is confirmed, the order is processed for delivery.
Delivery
We aim to ship your order the same day, but this may not always be possible. Delivery will be made by either a private courier company or by Royal Mail 1st class service. A signature will be required so please ensure someone will be at the delivery address to accept receipt of the order. We can deliver to a different delivery address other than your own such as a work or a neighbour's address. If you wish the order to be left without signature and left in a “safe” place, we will do so on your instruction but you will be responsible if the order is stolen or not found.
Returns Policy
You have the right to return any goods under the EU Distance Selling Directive 2000 within 7 working days beginning the day after you receive the goods providing the item or items are returned in the 'as sold' condition to receive a full refund (not including delivery charge).
Where an item is covered by a manufacturers guarantee, and the item becomes faulty, the item may be returned to us under the terms of the guarantee for repair or replacement. We must be notified by e mail giving original order no. and customer details along with the reason for return. We will supply a returns no. which must also be included in the return.
